Lamina M. Stahl, 93

Mrs. Lamina M. Stahl, age 93, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away June 29, 2011, at her residence.

Mrs. Stahl was born December 9, 1917, in Tracy, Minnesota, to Joseph and Antoinette Jette Radke. On November 26, 1936, she married Irving Stahl in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Mrs. Stahl worked as a waitress for 30 years at Hobson House Restaurant in Long Grove, Illinois. She moved to Mountain Home in 1985 from Buffalo Grove and was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, the Council of Catholic Women, and was a volunteer at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed cooking, baking and growing flowers, especially roses.

Survivors are two sons: Lawrence (Catherine) Stahl: Libertyville, Illinois, and Irving M. (Arlene) Stahl: Island Lake, Illinois; a daughter: Ann (Thomas) Ague: Loveland, Colorado; nine grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Irving Stahl; a son: Allan Stahl and a brother: Francis Radke.

Visitation will be from Noon-9:00 P.M. Friday, July 1, 2011, at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8:00 P.M. A Vigil Service will be at 7:00 P.M. Friday in the Roller Chapel with Deacon Robert Crawford officiating. The Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Stan Swiderski as celebrant. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of Faith in Baxter Memorial Gardens.
