In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Anderson and Thelma Jean Norman.

Survivors include her soul mate, Beverly S. Welch of Mountain Home; two brothers, Larry Myrick of Delaplaine and Tommy Myrick of Beech Grove; two sisters, Janie Vines of Beech Grove and Ida Wideman of Potosi, Missouri and numerous nieces and nephews.

A special thank you from the family goes to Dr. Lori Chaney, ICU nurses, Linda Stakley and Cheryl Edwards and 3 West nurse, Lisa Mortensen.
