Mary Lynn Reece Davy Obituary
Mary Reece Davy, 78

Mary Lynn Reece Davy (nee Smith), age 78, of Harrison, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 8, 2012. She was born to George and Susie Smith on December 11, 1933 in the town of Pindall, Arkansas. She lived most of her life in Big Flat, Arkansas moving to Mountain Home, Arkansas, Harrison, Arkansas and Springfield, Missouri.

Mary worked at the Marshall shirt factory for many years and went on to retire from Baxter Lab in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She had only one wish in life and that was her children to know how much she loved them and to promise her they would meet her in heaven. Both of those wished are fulfilled. She is now dancing the streets of glory and we are sure she is looking for a place to plant a garden and grow some flowers. She would ask all of her friends and relatives to make sure you are ready to meet your Lord and to keep the fight and to finish the race and meet her in heaven. She was the most courageous woman you could ever meet and she made an impact on all those she came in contact with.

She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Silas Nello Reece (Dick); her second husband, Tom Davy; beloved daughter, Patricia Carol Fragale (nee Reece); two stepsons, Robert Reece and Richard Reece; brothers, Charlie, Delbert, Dude, Leo and Norman; and sisters, Una, Cleo, Connie and Georgia.

She is survived by her twin brother, Joe Smith of Harrison, Arkansas; her loving children, Nina Baysinger (Robert) of Harriet, Arkansas, Rex Reece (Susan) of Dallas, Texas, LaWayne Downs (Larry) of Nixa, Missouri, Roger Reece (Pamela) of Daingerfield, Texas, Michael Reece (Marla) of Big Flat, Arkansas and Lindsey Reece of Branson, Missouri; she is also survived by grandchildren, Tracy, Sean, Jessica, Michael, Deborah, Joseph, Trish, Jarrod, Summer, Will, Dakota, Madison and Liberty.

Any flowers may be sent to the Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas where her precious body is resting. Funeral Services for Mary will be 2:00 PM Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Big Flat Assembly of God Church in Big Flat, Arkansas with Bro. Gary Jackson officiating. Visitation will be at 1:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in the Big Flat Cemetery.
