Visitation will be Monday, January 5, 2015, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Seebauer was born on July 11, 1942 and made his transition at 8:28 PM on January 2, 2015, at the age of 72. He was preceded in death by his father, Matthew John Seebauer II, his mother, Edith Seebauer, as well as two sisters, Loretta Dexter and Garnett Seebauer.

He is survived by six children, Cathie Landers, Caron Ryan, Debbie Milhorn, Susan Benson, Matthew John Seebauer V, and Dennis Dickson, eighteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

On November 19, 1966, he married Patricia Nolan in Melrose Park, Illinois. He worked as an independent insurance agent for 46 years. John and his wife Patty moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas, during the summer of 1979 with their five children. John and Patty were actively involved and contributed to many community events and organizations. They very much enjoyed country western dancing and taught several hundred people how to dance.

John's wife Patty made her transition to be with our creator on August 28, 2008. For John's remaining time on Earth, he longed to be re-united with his soul mate, Patty. John and Patty are "Dancing in Heaven Tonight."

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Matthew Seebauer V, Dennis Dickson, John Boonstra, Bob Nolan, Duke Donahue, and C.W. "Smokey" Lack as pallbearers. Darrell Fears will be the honorary pallbearer.
