Medrith Bowers, 69

Medrith Ann "Meddy" Bowers, age 69, of Gassville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015, in Springfield, Missouri. She was born December 9, 1945, in Camp, Arkansas to Frankie Morris and Lillian (Goheen) Ollhoff.

Mrs. Bowers married David Bowers March 1, 1965, in Independence, Kansas. She was a seamstress and did more for others than herself. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mountain Home.

Mrs. Bowers is survived by her husband David Bowers of Gassville, two sons Brian Bowers of Mountain Home and Michael Bowers and wife Shelly of Strafford, Missouri, mother Lillian Provow of West Plains Missouri, three sisters Marilyn Dickerson and husband Edward of Liberty, South Carolina, Mickey Ollhoff of Searcy, Arkansas and Myra Ollhoff of West Plains, Missouri, a brother Melvin Ollhoff and wife Ann of Coshocton, Ohio and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters Marlene Allen and Martha Ollhoff.

A visitation will be from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015, at the funeral home. A memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mountain Home with Brother Larry Green officiating. A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday at State Line Cemetery near the community of Moko, Arkansas.
