Mildred Linna Hauser, 96

Mildred Linna Hauser passed away March 19, 2012 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was 96 years old.

Visitation for Mrs. Hauser will be from noon-9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be at Redeemer Luthern Church Friday, March 23, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. with The Reverand Kenneth Taglauer officiating.

Linna was born on December 19, 1915 in Dieterich, Illinois to Charles F. and Ola Cotterell Eastin. She graduated from Effingham High School, then moved to Litchfield, Illinois. On August 6, 1936 she and Martin F. Hauser were married by Reverand J.L. Strelow. She was a Member of Zion Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid, the Arco Country Club, Wednesday Bridge Club and a board member of the Litchfield Carnegie Library. In 1976 she and Mr. Hauser moved to Stuart, Florida. There they were members of Redeemer Lutheran Church and Mariner Sands Country Club. Mr. Hauser died in 1991 and Linna moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1993. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, serving on the Greeters Committee and the Altar Guild.

She is survived by her daughter Cynthia (Jim)Fudoli, Mountain Home; her son The Reverend Martin F. Hauser, New York City; three grandchildren, Todd Curry, Huntersville, North Carolina and his children Alexandra and David; Jimmy (Loretta) Fudoli and their son Brock, Conway, Arkansas; and Gillian (Drew) Allgeier and their children Helena, Christopher, Evan, Sam and Oliver, Louisville, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter Marilyn Curry, four sisters and an infant brother.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Elmwood Cemetery, Litchfield, Illinois, where she will be entombed beside her husband. Visit our online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhome.com
