Ray C. Howland, 82
Ray C. Howland, age 82 of Flippin, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. He was born September 24, 1931 in Turners Falls, Massachusetts to Raymond and Blanche (Messier) Howland. He married Phyllis (Chase) Howland in Lancaster, New Hampshire on October 8, 1956. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, darts and motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis, a daughter and her husband; Sandra and Travis Myrick of Malvern, Arkansas, a grandchild and her husband; Alice and Scott Harris of Malvern, Arkansas, grandchildren; Joe, Danny and Bobby, two sister in laws and their husbands; Barbara and Dennis Galuszka of Naperville, Illinois and Mary and Irving Smart of Ft. McCoy, Florida, two brother in laws and their wives; John and Mary Jane Chase of Belmont, New Hampshire and Gene and Pat Chase of Gilford, New Hampshire, several nieces and nephews including Douglas Blodgett of Biddeford, Maine, special friends; Lonnie and Tina Cox of Flippin, Tracy Britton of Flippin, and Lori Winchester and family of Flippin, and his beloved pet dogs; Tippee and Puppy. Mr. Howland was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson; Joey Nashoalook, two brothers and a brother in law.
