Robert Maurice Schultz, 80

Funeral Services for Robert Maurice Schultz of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Thursday, August 29, 2013, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Bull Shoals, AR, with Reverend Jerry Backus officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 28, 2013, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Bull Shoals.

Robert passed away August 23, 2013, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas at the age of 80. He was born January 11, 1933, in West Plains, Missouri, the son of John and Faye Hathcock Schultz. He married Mary Owen on October 12, 1973, at Bull Shoals, AR. They own Bass World Marine Sales in Bull Shoals. He worked in sales and motor repair. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran. He lived in Bull Shoals for 45 years, moving from Pontiac, MO. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, turkey calling, his family and friends.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mary Schultz of Bull Shoals, AR; four sons, John (Sandra) Schultz of Dallas, TX, Danny (Nancy) Schultz of Pontiac, MO, David Schultz of Clearwater, FL, Bobby (Kathy) Rose of Bull Shoals, AR; two brothers, John (Dorothy) Schultz of Theodosia, MO, Charles (Jackie) Schultz of Flippin, AR; grandchildren, Kirsten, Justin, Kayla, Stephie, Heather, Bridget, Natalie, Chancey and Chase, and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Robby, daughter Lisa, brother Frank, sister Marie and grandson John II.

Burial will be in the Newton Flat Cemetery, Bull Shoals, AR,with Tim Dunn, Mike Dunn, Steve Buff, John Schultz, Dan Schultz and David Schultz as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Rich Welch, Larry Schultz, Charles Schultz, John Schultz and Bobby Rose.
