85, went home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ on Sunday, Dec. 22nd, 2013. She was born on March 24th, 1928 in Beaumont, Tx to Edmund and Claydean Prutzman. After leaving Beaumont, she and her husband Charles raised their 5 children in Nassau Bay and Friendswood, Tx. Billie is preceded in death by her father Edmond Prutzman; mother Claydean Roberts; sister Nona Bell; daughters Susie Overton and Connie Whynot. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Charles L. Whynot; daughter Deanie Whynot; son Mike and wife Teri Whynot; son Stephen Whynot; daughter-in-law Kimberly Whynot; grandchildren Trey, Cary, Kristi, Michael, Summer, Chris, Ryan, Taylor, Sydney and Olivia; great-grandchildren Bailey, Makenzie, Carter, Parks, Savannah, Avienne and Tabitha. Billie was a kind, sweet, loving mother and grandmother who opened her home to all. She had such a sweet disposition and caring soul. She found the good in everyone and was the fabric of her family. Many holidays were spent in her home where she worked tirelessly to make everything perfect for her family, extended family and friends. Her smile lit up a room and her sweet innocence brought much laughter to the family. Her collection of dolls were her pride and joy and she decorated her house with love and warmth. She raised 5 children and carried out the duties of a wife and mother with strength and dignity; a true model of a Proverbs 31 woman. She will be missed by us all but we rejoice in her eternity in paradise. Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 from 5-8pm and the funeral service will be Tuesday, Jan. 7th at 1pm both at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 East Medical Center Blvd., Webster, Texas 77598 with J.
