Calder Alexander Gibson II, of League City, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 in Webster, Texas at the age of 81. He was born on January 6, 1932 in Buffalo, New York to Calder A. and Mary Gibson. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Barbara, sons Calder Alexander Gibson III and his wife Mary, Michael Gibson, sister Helen Shaeffer, brother Dr. Edward Gibson and his wife Julie, grandsons Travis Gibson and Jayson Gibson and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. The Family will receive friends on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 6-8:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 10:00am at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 14045 Space Center Boulevard, Houston, Texas. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to Altus Hospice, 11233 Shadowcreek Parkway, Suite 123, Pearland, Texas 77584, Christus Victor Lutheran Church, 2098 W.
