David Wayne Love, 77, passed away January 26, 2015 at his home in Deer Park. David was born on October 16, 1937 in Oklahoma to Belva Elizabeth and George Edward Love.

David attended Milby High School before attending college at Unversity of Houston where he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. He served as a paratrooper in the United States Army.

David worked as a pipefitter for more than thirty years. He was a dedicated member of the Local 211 Pipefitter's Union, as well as the local Camel and Moose Lodge in Pasadena.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed reading and playing pinochle.He had a great love for dogs.

He is preceded in death by his son David Richmond Love.

He is survived by his sister Judy Williams, his daughters Bobbie Bishop and Lizabeth Love, his son Jim Love, his grandchildren Michael Bishop, Matthew Bishop, Marcus Bishop, Marlee Bishop, Christian Chamberlain and Isaiah Chamberlain.
