Eaves, Windell L. - Beaumont  
1929 - 2015 Windell L. Eaves, age 85 of Beaumont, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015, in Beaumont. Services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 26, 2015, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Digmon officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 25, 2015, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Windell was born on December 14, 1929, in Belmont, Louisiana, to Jessie and Janie Eaves. He served in the United States Army and was a faithful member of Dawndale Baptist Church. Windell was a retired Boilermaker from Local 587. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Eaves, his parents and granddaughter, Ashley Eaves Quinn. He is survived by his sons, Donald Eaves of Beaumont, TX and Ronald Tiger Eaves and wife, Debbie Wester, of Beaumont, TX; daughter, Sandra Williams and husband, Gerald, of Kountze, TX; sister, Nell Durbin and husband, Leroy, of Beaumont, TX; grandchildren, April Eaves, Dewey Eaves, Jonathon Bargainer and Cinnamon Cappel; great grandchildren, Alexandria Eaves and Jaden Quinn. And numerous nieces and nephews.

Everitt, Rebecca Corbin  
1928 - 2015 Rebecca Corbin Everitt, age 86, passed away in Webster, Texas on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mathew Pitts officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Rebecca was born in Sears, Florida on May 6, 1928. She was a member of Bayview Methodist Church in Crystal Beach, TX. She worked many years as an executive secretary for Sun Oil and later for Beaumont State Bank. Rebecca was a devoted mother and grandmother to her family. She was an avid gardener, who was blessed with a green thumb. She also loved to fish, enjoyed cooking and was a world traveler. She created a beautiful home and gave the most wonderful parties and holiday celebrations. She was always happiest when surrounded by her family and friends. There will never be another like her. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy Leo Corbin and her second husband, Robert Bertin Everitt, Jr. Two brothers, Richard Hall and Ross Hall and two sisters, Mary Cunningham and Ruth Merry. Rebecca is survived by her son, Rick Corbin and his wife Mary Beth of Spring, TX and a daughter, Pamela Corbin Scott and her husband John of League City, TX. Four sisters; Tensy Arata of Mobile, AL, Dot Sweringen of Yuba City, CA, Jane Still of Orange Beach, AL, and Pat Rainey of Mobile, AL. Five grandchildren; Andrew Corbin of Moncton, Canada, Sarah Corbin Pitts of Menden, TX, Scott Alexander Corbin of Louisville, KY, Michael Scott of Kemah, TX and Justin Scott of The Woodlands. As well as, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
