Forrest E. "Bubba" Richardson Jr.

Forrest Bubba E. Richardson, Jr., affectionately known as Bubba, 62, of Beaumont, died on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital of Beaumont. He was born on January 18, 1950, in Beaumont, to Forrest and Helen Richardson, Sr., who preceded him in death. Bubba attended and graduated from Hebert High School in 1968. He enlisted in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. After serving his country and being honorably discharged, he returned to Beaumont. Bubba was an avid reader; he also donated to many Christian organizations. Survivors include his sisters, Nancy Richardson McKinney of Beaumont and Emma Richardson Roberts and her husband, Leroy of Pearland, TX; brother, John Richardson and wife, Lillian of Beaumont; numerous loving relatives and friends. Celebration of Life services for Bubba will begin with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, and the funeral will begin at 11:00 a.m., at Comeaux Community Funeral Chapel, located at 624 Irma Ave., in Beaumont. Forrest will be interred at the Houston National Veterans Cemetery, under the professional direction and care of Comeaux Community Funeral Chapel.
