Funeral services for Clyde Richard Overstreet, 69, of Silsbee, will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2012, at Woodrow Baptist Church in Silsbee. Visitation will begin 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2012, at R.S. Farmer Funeral Home. Mr. Overstreet died June 25, 2012, at his residence. Mr. Overstreet was a native of Livingston and resident of Silsbee. Mr. Overstreet served his country proudly in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Margaret Overstreet and one brother, William Daniel Overstreet. Survivors include wife, Pamela Overstreet; three sons, Richard Overstreet of Lumberton, Adam Overstreet of Silsbee, and Zachary Overstreet of Silsbee; four daughters, April Overstreet of Kountze, Miranda Overstreet of Pt. Arthur, Tracie Butler of Mauriceville, and Judie Overstreet of Silsbee; three brothers, James Overstreet of Fred, Rocky Overstreet of Warren, and Doug Overstreet of Shepherd; eleven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Mr. Overstreet is also survived by several nephews, nieces, family members, and a host of friends.
