Cyriel Leaster Brown Funeral services for Cyriel Leaster Brown, 92, of Silsbee will be 10:00 AM Friday, December 7, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Antioch Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Brown died December 4, 2012 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital. A native of Roby, TX, Cyriel was a long time resident of Silsbee. He was owner of Brown's Garage until retiring, a member of Woodrow Baptist Church and proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII. Cyriel will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his parents Isom and Lola Hancock Brown and Fern Headrick Brown; son-in-laws Bill Owens and Edmund Zatorski; grandsons Josh and Alex Brown; sisters Idella Williams and Gloria Baker and brothers M O Brown and Neely Brown. Survivors include his loving wife of 70 years, Dot Brown of Silsbee; son Paul Brown and wife Teresa of Wildwood; daughters Dottie Ross and husband Leslie of Buna, Connie Zatorski and Penny Ferrell and husband Nathan of Beaumont; brothers Roma Brown of Allison, Gehrig Brown of Silsbee and I N Brown of Magnolia Springs; sisters Patsy Willingham of Dallas, Betsy Thoreson of Glendale, AZ and Pandora Brown of Buna; ten grandchildren and sixteen grandchildren.
