Edna Earline Parish, age 94, passed away June 21, 2012, in Beaumont. She was born December 7, 1917, to William and Betty Mack in Pine Grove, LA. She spent her life taking care of her family and she loved playing the piano at the Plum Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, where she played, and was a member for nearly 25 years. She was also an avid Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboy fan. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Mack; her husband, Richard Fred Parish; three brothers, William David Dub Mack, Edward Bruce Mack, and Alvin Tate Mack; also two grandsons, David Wayne Parish and Levi Parker Parish. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Cormier and husband, Emery of Vidor; two sons, William Bill Parish and wife, Sharon of Kountze, Ronnie Parish and wife, Linda Sue of Beaumont; two sisters, Margie Ray of Beaumont, and Betty James of Santa Fe, TX; six grandchildren, Cindy Holstien, Rick Parish, Gary Parish, Mark Dowden, Jeff Parish and Mike Parish; also nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She also leaves to mourn her memory, many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Plum Ridge Baptist Church in care of Bill Parish, 703 Yonojosa Rd., Kountze, TX. 77625 A gathering of family and friends will begin on Saturday, June 23, 2012, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
