Ellen Aggie Roberts Ott, 65, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2012, at Harbor Hospital of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. She was born on July 22, 1947, in Beaumont, to Ellen Agnes Roberts and William B. Roberts. Aggie graduated from Forest Park High School in 1965. She spent her forty-three year working career in Beaumont, Colorado City, and Houston. Aggie retired in 2010, after a diverse working career as a cashier, teacher, motorcycle repairman, mechanical engineer, and a substance abuse counselor. She is survived by her brother, Bill Roberts and his wife, Marilyn, of Maryland Heights, Missouri; sister, Ruth Lamb and her husband, Randy, of Magnolia; sister-in-law, Becky Roberts of Sour Lake; nephew, Greg Roberts and his wife, Janilyn, of Beaumont; niece, Kristi Lamb; and nephew, Jason Lamb, both of Magnolia; and great-nieces, Olivia Roberts and Caroline Roberts, both of Beaumont. Aggie is preceded in death by her parents; husband of seventeen years, C. J. Ott; and brother, Walter Lee Roberts. A gathering of Mrs. Ott's family and friends will be 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 5, 2012, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
