1934-2015 FORT WORTH -- To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to be born and a time to die... Guy Ruffin fell asleep in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, April 2, 2015. Celebration of life: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Charity Church, 4400 Panola Ave., Bishop Ron Mayes celebrant. Interment: 1:30 p.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation: 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday in Veronica Chapel at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. Mr. Ruffin retired from the U.S. Air Force and the General Service Admimistration. Survivors: Sons, Kenneth R. Ruffin and wife, Marlene, Pastor Daryl K. Ruffin and wife, Evangelist Vera, Steven K. Ruffin and wife, Alberta, Donlen K. Ruffin and wife, Tamara; sister, Florence Seastrunk (Bobbie); 20 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. Gregory W.
