. 1956 - 2017 Hubert Joseph Godeaux Jr, 60 of Vidor passed away peacefully Thursday, March 23rd, 2017 at his residence. A native of Beaumont, TX. he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Hubert was a member of Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor, TX. He was a refrigeration technician for Johnson Controls and a member of Pipefitters Local Union #211 for over 20 years. He was also a avid fisherman and diver. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He is preceded in death by his father Hubert Godeaux, Sr. Hubert is survived by his son Jeremy Godeaux of Vidor, TX, mother Shirley Godeaux of Vidor, TX, brothers Amos Godeaux of Vidor, TX, Harry Godeaux and his wife Terri of Vidor, TX. Sammy Godeaux and his wife Sandy of Vidor, TX. Multiple nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
