Kyle Stoever, 58, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 29, 2012. He was born on May 7, 1954, to Corinne Foster Stoever and Dickye W. Stoever in Port Arthur, Texas. Kyle graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1972 and went into Brockerage training in New Orleans. He was the owner and operator of Kyle Stoever and Associates in New Orleans for the last 15 years. Visitation will be on Friday, August 3, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Funeral Service will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 4, 2012, in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson, with Rev. Charles Miller, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. He was preceded in death by his father, Dickye W. Stoever; and his step-father, Robert Custer; and grandparents, Wilbert and Thelma Stoever, Ed and Nan Foster. Kyle is survived by his mother, Corinne Foster Custer of Port Arthur, Texas; his brothers, Craig A. Stoever and wife, Karen of Port Arthur, Texas, Kevin Stoever of Austin, Texas; niece, Tiffany Stoever; and nephew, Derrick Stoever; along with several great nieces and nephews. He was also survived by his special friend that took such good care of him, Ava Barrosse of New Orleans, Louisiana.
