1959 - 2016 Wilfred James Fournier Jr., 56, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on November 4, 2016 in Mauriceville, Texas. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 7th at Mauriceville Church of Christ. Wilfred was born in Beaumont, Texas to Sarah Ann Cannon and Wilfred James Fournier Sr., on December 29, 1959. He went to school at Lumberton High School and graduated in 1978. He married Katherine Fournier on November 24, 1990 in Beaumont, Texas. They were married 23 years. He graduated from Lamar University with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Drafting in 1980. He worked as an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer for Chevron Philips for thirteen years. He was a faithful and active member in his church and spent his time doing carpentry work, helping others with handy work, and spending time with his children. Wilfred is survived by: two daughters, Megan Fournier and Michelle Fournier; one brother, Brian Fournier and his wife, Jackie; two sisters, Sallie Ann Magliolo and her husband, Joe, and Lydia White and her husband, Mark; his mother, Sarah Cannon and her husband, James; and his father Wilfred Fournier Sr. and his wife, Bobbie. He has three nieces and one nephew. The family of Wilfred wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Joe and Carolyn Davis and the Mauriceville Church of Christ.
