Margaret â€œPeggyâ€ Ann Carroll Spindler, 86, of Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Campbellâ€™s Rest Home. She was born on Sept. 29, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York, a daughter of the late Thomas R. Carroll and Mary Alexis Carroll. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Joseph Spindler. Margaret loved watching movies and solving crossword puzzles. She was an avid New York Yankees fan and loved spending time with her family and friends. Margaret is survived by her five children, Susan Bryant, Janice Anderson and her husband, Bill, Valerie Bouthyette and her husband, Pierre, Cara Spindler and Allison Musone and her husband, Tom; seven grandchildren, Tiffany, Brandon, Devin, Joseph, Katie, Maureen and T.J.; one great grandchild, Liyana; a brother, Thomas Carroll also numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. A Celebration of Margaretâ€™s life was conducted at 10 am, Saturday, April 5, 2014 at St. Annâ€™s Catholic Church in Tobyanna, PA, with Father Paul officiating.
