Judge Susan L. Goldie

Judge Susan L. Goldie was born April 3, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Doris Ruth (Dingman) and Jack Ray Goldie. She was 62.

She had an extensive career in the Greene County Prosecutor's Office and was most well known and admired for being a municipal court judge serving two terms from 1996-2007. Susan enjoyed whitewater rafting and her time as a guide.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sharon Ann Goldie. Susan is survived by her son Andrew Pitts of California, brother Jim Goldie and his son Jack of New Jersey, sister Carol Rhine (Michael) of Michigan, their sons Mark Rhine (wife Tiffany, children Seth&  Abby) of Michigan, and Ted Rhine of California, cousins Kitty, Nancy &  Amy Carey, and fiance' Ed Parsons of Bellbrook.

The family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3 at Conner & Koch Funeral Home, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook (937-848-6651). A second visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home in Clarksburg, West Virginia with burial immediately following in Stonewall Park Cemetery, Stonewood, West Virginia.
