BEAVERCREEK - Margaret Mary "Pat" (Miles) Dirck, 84, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the company of her daughter on August 14, 2015, at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. Pat was born to Joseph and Catherine Miles on August 11, 1931, in Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Anne and Joseph, and her husband, William. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and William Albert of Dayton, Ohio, daughter Patricia Thompson, grand-daughters Samantha and Allison, of Key West, FL, and sister Catherine Miles of New Jersey. Pat was married on September 8, 1956, to William Albert Dirck, of Dayton, Ohio. William "Bill" was a career U.S. Navy Master Chief and Pat was a proud Navy wife. They served with pride in San Diego, CA, Midway Island, Pensacola, FL, Norfolk, VA, and Philadelphia, PA, before retiring to Beavercreek, Ohio. Pat was a devoted wife and mother, and worked part-time for a local dry cleaner. Pat and Bill were members of the Milton Club, and parishioners at Emmanuel Catholic Church. The family would like to thank the staff, RNs, and aids at Trinity Community of Beavercreek for their exceptional care and concern during Pat's illness and their prayers and kind words upon her passing. Pat was a kind, thoughtful, compassionate woman, a loyal, caring daughter, sister, wife and mother. Since the passing of her beloved Bill, Pat has longed to once again be in his company. At long last, Pat has her wish. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to The Humane Society of Greater Dayton, 1661 Nicholas Rd., Dayton, OH, 45417. A private memorial service will be conducted for immediate family only in Pensacola, FL, at a date yet to be determined. Please visit to leave the family a message.
