Delores A. "Dee" Hart, 91, of Staunton, Ill., born April 12, 1922, in Staunton, Ill., passed away at 8:53 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at Heritage Health in Staunton, Ill.
Mrs. Hart was primarily a homemaker. During World War II she worked at Olin Brass. She also owned and operated a caf‚ with her sister, Violet, and owned and operated Treasure and Trash Antique Shop. Dee was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church of Staunton, Ill., Staunton VFW
Ladies Auxiliary and Staunton Country Club, and was a Staunton Community Memorial Hospital volunteer. She loved God, her family and her country. She enjoyed playing golf, fishing, crafts and antiques.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy A. Hart, whom she married on Oct. 6, 1942. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on Oct. 6, 1992, and Mr. Hart passed away Jan. 29, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ricca, nee Odorizzi, Fortuna; and a brother, Dominic Fortuna.
Surviving are two sons, Craig (Carolyn) Hart of Vandalia, Ill., and Randy (Patricia) Hart of Troy, Ill.; two granddaughters, Christine Hart and Lisa (Jared) Emig; great-grandson, Briar Emig; and her sister, Violet Ziglar of Staunton, Ill.

Visitation: Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton, Ill.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at the funeral home with Rev. George Radosevich officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Staunton, Ill.
