, in South Bend, Ind., having obtained a master's in business administration.

In 2001, Foley accepted a position working for Valley Research in South Bend, Ind., for an additional seven years.
Although his career and education were important aspects of his life, Foley also had an infinite love for reading, music, fishing, travel, and technology but nothing was more important to him than his love for and his dedication to his family.
