Audrey June Sudholt, nee Greaney, 85, formerly of Shiloh, Ill., passed away Friday morning, Aug. 19, 2016, at St. Paul's Home, Belleville, Ill.
Audrey attended St. Mary grade school in Belleville and was a long-time parishioner at St. Teresa Catholic Church, where she was the former president of the Perpetual Help Society and enjoyed quilting. As a young woman, she worked as a telephone operator where she made good and lasting friendships. She moved to Shiloh about 15 years ago and joined Corpus Christi parish. She enjoyed ceramics and had a keen artistic ability.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Sudholt in 1984; her parents, Charles and Iva, nee Klingenfus, Greaney; brother, Wilbur "Red" Greaney; sister, Avis Daubach; and dear friends, Dottie Mueller and Marlene Thomas.
Surviving are her children, Thomas P. Sudholt of Missouri; Ellen (James) Vernier of Shiloh, Ill., and Judith (Mohammad Razavi) Sudholt of Frankfort, Ky.; grandchildren, Kate and Olivia Sudholt, Andrea and Amanda Vernier, and Ana Razavi; her great-granddaughter, Lucy; and several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Carl Daubach.

Funeral: Private services will be held for the family. Burial will be in Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, Ill.
