Donald Ray Muskopf, 80, of Dupo, Ill., born April 10, 1936, in Centerville, Ill., died Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, peacefully at his home.
Don grew up on the family farm in Centerville, Ill., and graduated from Centerville High School in 1950. Don was a loving, caring father, always just a phone call away and full of kind, loving words. Don cherished talking about muscle cars and old trucks with his son-in-law, Jerry.
He was preceded in death by his eldest daughter, Debra June Muskopf; mother, Nora Muskopf; a brother, Earl Muskopf; and a sister, Lou Ann Schandl.
Surviving are his children, Kathy (Jerry) Armstrong of Missoula, Mont., and Donna Tenbusch of Keego Harbor, Mich.; granddaughters, Samantha and Amanda Tenbush; and his pride and joy, grandson Keanu "P.B." Armstrong; siblings, Russell (Minnie) Muskopf of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Sharon (David) Wienhoff of Tucson, Ariz., and Berenice Algire of Maryville, Ill.; a nephew, Gary (Merella) Schandl of Columbia, Ill.; and good friends, John King of Dupo, Ill., and Donna Armistead of Missouri; along with many nieces and nephews.
Services: Mr. Muskopf was cremated. Private family services were held.
