Edward Hylsky II|
Edward James Hylsky II, 43, of Franklin, Tenn., born Nov. 29, 1972, left this world on Dec. 14, 2015.
Eddie was a drilling supervisor in the oil industry and had worked all over the world. He loved the outdoors and all kinds of sports, but most of all he loved spending time with HJ and Ashlee. We will miss his amazing smile and great big hugs.
Eddie was preceded in death by his beloved paternal grandparents, Eddie and Joann (affectionately known as Sam) Hylsky; and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Gloria Ann Schilling.
He is survived by his wife, Ashlee, nee Vinson, and son, Hudson James of Franklin, Tenn.; his mother, Carol, nee Schilling, and stepfather, Len Pritz of Texas; father, Jim and stepmother, Terri Hylsky of Kentucky; his sister, Courtney and husband Dustin Strickland of Texas; mother-in-law, Cynthia Vinson of Kentucky; step-grandmother, Faye Pritz, of Texas; and step-grandparents, Don and Rosie Taylor of Mascoutah, Ill. He is also survived by his loving extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made at the funeral home, to an educational fund set up for his son, Hudson.
Visitation: Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Funeral: A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at the funeral home.
