Flo Jean Keeling, nee Roberts, 77, of Fairview Heights, Ill., born Oct. 1, 1938, in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in Belleville, Ill.
Flo was an avid writer and enjoyed writing inspirational quotes. She lived her life with the same zest the quotes provided family and friends. She never met a stranger and loved to converse with everyone and lift their spirits. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and thoroughly enjoyed America's pastime. She clipped coupons and enjoyed the aspect of saving and getting a deal. She possessed a loving and caring nature that was unsurpassed; she will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma, nee Heinlein, Daggett; her father, Ted Roberts; and a sister, Shirley Gunther.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 55 years, Edward D. Keeling of Fairview Heights, Ill.; her daughters, Kimberly (John) Frawley of Troy, Ill., and Laura (Tom) Blanton of Belleville, Ill.; her grandchildren, Cole, Paige, Sara, and Magie; a great-grandson, Bryson; her stepfather, Paul Daggett; her siblings, Elaine Dagget, Rosemary Daggett, and Robert Daggett, all of Fairview Heights, Ill.; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2016 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Funeral: Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the funeral home, with Father Stan Konieczny officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
