Hannah Marie Porter, 20, of Red Bud, Ill., born Nov. 16, 1994, in Red Bud, Ill., passed away at 11:40 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Ill.
She graduated from Red Bud High School in 2013. During High School, she was a
member of the volleyball team, FBLA and was on National Honors Society. She worked
at Randolph County YMCA; where she taught fitness classes. She also worked at SWIC at the Red Bud Campus. She enjoyed playing sand volleyball, running 5Ks, playing in softball tournaments and going on Jeep Rallies with her friends. She loved to read and
her favorite novel was "Gone with the Wind." She loved to spend time with her family and
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Iva Gail Porter.
Surviving are her parents, Scott and Dawn, nee Hartmann, Porter; a brother, Brennan Porter of Red Bud, Ill.; a sister, Graci Porter Red Bud, Ill.; her grandparents, Terry and Carol Hartmann of Red Bud, Ill.; a great-great aunt, Arlou Hartmann of Red Bud, Ill.; and her Dog, Buddy.
Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Randolph County YMCA or the Randolph County Humane Society.
