Lillian Szilagyi, nee Landers, of Downingtown, Pa., born June 14, 1921, in Philadelphia, Pa., went to Heaven to rejoin her soulmate, Zoltan, on
Tuesday, April 26, 2016, surrounded by loving family members.
She graduated from Conestoga High School, and received her RN from Grandview Hospital School of Nursing, Sellersville, Pa. She worked as a nurse in various settings and for the University of Pennsylvania Orthopedic Surgery Department for more than 35 years until her retirement.
After retirement, she enjoyed reading, her pets (cats and dogs), shopping and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Zoltan Szilagyi; and her parents, Tony and Katie Landers.
She was the cherished mother of Elizabeth Buck (Perry) of O'Fallon, Ill., and Susan D'Amico (Billy) of Downingtown, Pa.; and "Mom-Mom" of Katie D'Amico of Downingtown, Pa.
