Margaret Coleman-Lamont, nee Kiehna, 92, of Freeburg, Ill., born Monday, March 10, 1924, in Pinckneyville, Ill., died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, at Freeburg Care Center in Freeburg, Ill.
Margaret worked as a secretary for Kurrus Funeral Home. She was a member of Swansea Baptist Church, Swansea, Ill., and was active in various church organizations.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Coleman; second husband, Fred Lamont; parents, Henry and Bessie, nee Egbert, Kiehna; brother, Melvin Kiehna; and sisters-in-law, Catherine Kiehna and Nathalie Kiehna.
Surviving are her stepchildren, Carole (Roger) Schlueter of Chesterfield, Mo., Barbara Zeek of Rolling Meadows, Ill., and Gale (David) Ledbetter of Granite City, Ill.; a brother, Wayne Kiehna of Greenville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a loving niece, and many loving nephews, and friends.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Wilson Wickiser officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
