Marguerite E. "Maggie" Ferris, nee Davinroy, 91, of Fairview Heights, Ill., born August 12, 1924, in Venice, Ill., died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, at her residence.
Maggie was a graduate of St. Teresa Academy and a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caseyville, Ill. She worked as a secretary for Material Air Command at Scott Airforce Base until her retirement. Maggie was the first secretary for Camp Ondessonk.
Maggie was preceded in death by her husband, Donatus L. "Donnie" Ferris, Sr.; her parents, Albert and Beulah Mae, nee Trower, Davinroy; and her six brothers and sisters, Rose Olive, Corwin, Bill, Leo, Alberta and Mary.
Surviving are her children, Don L. (Debra) Ferris, Jr. of Fairview Heights, Ill., Peggy (Ed) Zuger of Swansea, Ill., and Margie Ann (Paul) Havel of Swansea, Ill.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Christiana, Nickolas, Alisha, Maire, Annie, Elizabeth, Ed, III, Sascha, Cassandra, Tony, Valerie, Kevin; and her eight great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in the form of masses to St. Stephen Catholic Church.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Funeral: A funeral procession will leave at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, from Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, Ill., for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Caseyville, Ill., with Father Ray Schultz officiating. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Fairview Heights, Ill.
