Mariann Eileen "Annie" Polczynski, nee Shea, 54, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Belleville, Ill., and Edwardsville, Ill., born March 31, 1962, in Belleville, Ill., died June 23, 2016, at her residence.
Mariann graduated from Blessed Sacrament School, Althoff Catholic High School, and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She operated Annie's Home Day Care in Edwardsville, Ill., from 1990 to 2007. She enjoyed gardening and landscaping.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael J. Shea.
Surviving are her husband, Lynn Polczynski; three children, Christin (Garrett) York of Virginia, Andrew Shea of Edwardsville, Ill., and Alicia Polczynski of Edwardsville, Ill.; a granddaughter, Aurora York; her mother, Margaret M. "Peggy", nee Barnes, Shea of Belleville, Ill.; her special friend, Alan Madison of Phoenix, Ariz.; three brothers, Kevin (Lori) Shea of Belleville, Ill., Tim (Lana) Shea of Jacksonville, Ill., and Dennis (Candace) Shea of Belleville, Ill.; and two sisters, Kathy (Pat) Cook of Belleville, Ill., and Noreen (David) Frame of Belleville, Ill. She was a loving niece, aunt, and cousin.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Blessed Sacrament Church, Belleville, Ill.
Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Blessed Sacrament Church with Father Clyde Grogan officiating. Burial of cremated remains will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, Ill.
