Mona F. Locklar, nee Davis, 82, of Highland, Ill., born Nov. 5, 1933, in Bardwell, Ky., passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2016, at her residence with her loving family around her.
Mona retired from Continental Can also known as Crown Cork and Seal and later joined the SOAR group. She loved to quilt and sew. She also loved to watch birds and be with her canine companion "Suzy".
Mona was preceded in death by her husband, Jack E. Locklar; a son, Robert Steven Marston; parents, Claude and Ruby, nee Holder, Davis; and a sister, JoAnn Jones.
Surviving are her children, Tom Marston of Highland, Ill., Sherry (David) Warfield of Butler, Mo., Dawn Marston of Collinsville, Ill., and Deborah and Phil Byers of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, Bob Davis of O'Fallon, Mo., sister, Betty Lundsford of Spring Branch, Texas, brother, Bill (Connie) Davis of Plano, Texas, brothers, Jerry Davis and Harold Davis of Lee Summit, Mo., sisters, Judy Pritchett and Nancy Davis both of St. Louis, Mo., and a brother, David Davis of Mulberry Grove, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, at the funeral home with Rev. Mark Horn officiating. Interment to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
