Patricia Clark, nee Logan, 80, of Collinsville, Ill., born Jan. 23, 1936 in Alton, Ill., passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Anderson Hospital.
Mrs. Clark was a Navy wife, homemaker, caregiver and former telephone operator. She was devoted to her husband and family. She was a member of the VFW Post 5691 Ladies Auxiliary, Collinsville, Ill. and a member of St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Collinsville, Ill.
The family would like to thank caregiver Michelle; nurse Shellan; and the staffs of Anderson Home Health Care; and Drs. Morris Kugler, Mark Klucka, Karna Sherwood, Mitch Needleman, Kevin Garner, and their staff.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oral and Pearl Logan; three brothers; five sisters; and other loved ones.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Fred Clark; a daughter, Patti (Kat) Clark of Collinsville, Ill.; her sons, Robert Clark of Collinsville, Ill., and Fred (Lauren) Clark of Houma, La.; her grandchildren, Stefanie Clark of Maryville, Ill., Colette, Bernadette, Bridget, Abraham and Frederick Clark of Houma, La., Sherrie, Michael and Mira Federhofer of House Springs, Mo., Haze and Elizabeth Shumpert of St. Louis, Mo.; a niece, Karen Gass of Belleville, Ill.; a cousin, Marilyn Smith of Collinsville, Ill.; sisters-in- law; a brother; and other extended family and friends.
