Perry A. Wilson, Jr., 93, of Fairview Heights, Ill., born on May 8, 1922, in East St. Louis, Ill., died on Friday, Dec. 25, 2015, at Sycamore Village, Swansea, Ill., with family at his side.
Mr. Wilson was a U.S. Army veteran. He and his son Kevin have owned Scott-Banzai Homes since 1963. Perry was a member of the Illinois Mobile Home Association and was known and respected by all in the mobile home business. He served on the zoning and planning board for the City of Fairview Heights. Perry was a successful professional singer known as Tony Rome, recording his last CD at the age of 85. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry A. and Violet M., nee Wolff, Wilson, Sr.; his brother, Robert Wilson; and his sister, Virginia Wilson.
Surviving are his wife of 72 years, June A., nee Brown, Wilson; his five children, Gary (Becky) Wilson of Waterloo, Ill., Carolyn (Larry) Herrin of Fairview Heights, Ill., Bob (Karen) Wilson of Waterloo, Ill., Kevin (Kathleen) Wilson of Swansea, Ill., and Mark (Yen) Wilson of Longwood, Fla.; his 16 grandchildren; his 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis, Mo., or Shriners Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Funeral: A memorial service will be held at noon on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at Kassly Mortuary. Per Mr. Wilson's wishes, his body has been cremated.
