Rainy Day Tofpi-Barger, 45, born May 24, 1971 in Belleville, Ill., passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.
Rainy was a proud Native American woman of the Kiowa, Ute, and Lakota Sioux tribes.
Rainy was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She had numerous jobs throughout her life, but her favorite was a College Recruiter and working with young adults; she loved being a mom. Rainy was a free spirit; she loved life and loved helping people.
Rainy was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Tofpi, nee Lee; her grandmother, Doris Lee.
Surviving are her father, Lindbergh Tofpi, Jr., of Carnegie, Okla.; husband Tim Barger; sons, Jackson Charles Barger, Clyde Leland Barger and Henry Fields Barger, daughter, Linda Lane Wirth and her father Michael Wirth; other relatives, family and friends.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
