Raymond Goyda, 91, of Belleville, Ill., born on March 29, 1925 in St. Louis, Mo. died on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Ill.
Mr. Goyda was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and St. Louis University. He was a WWII Navy Veteran. Mr. Goyda was comptroller for Pfizer, St. Mary's Hospital, and Our Lady of the Snows business office. He loved people and polka dancing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Marie, nee Toporynski, Goyda; parents, Michael and Appolonia Goyda; three brothers, Walter Goyda, Michael Goyda, and Pete Goyda; and three sisters, Rosella Lowery, Mary Trunko, and Ann Chura.
Surviving is his daughter, Connie Jean Goyda of Belleville, Ill.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016 at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Funeral: Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 in the Kassly Mortuary Chapel, Fairview Heights, Ill. with Father Bill McGhee officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, Ill.
