Richard Arthur "Dick" Corradini, Lt. Col., U.S. Army, retired, 73, of Shiloh, Ill., born Sept. 28, 1942, in Chicago, Ill., passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at Cedarhurst Assisted Living, Shiloh, Ill.
Mr. Corradini attended the University of Illinois, earning a Degree in Engineering, as well as the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterrey, Calif.
Dick spent 25 years in the United States Army, serving two tours in Vietnam. His military honors include the Legion of Merit, two Bronze Star medals with valor devices, three additional Bronze Star Medals, and the Purple Heart. He was later employed as the Facility Engineer at the Melvin Price Depot, and as Project Manager for National Imaging and Mapping Agency (NGA), retiring July 6, 2006.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Ruth, nee Siddens, Corradini; and sister, Theresa Jewell.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Judith, nee Nicholls, Corradini; daughters, Kimberly Corradini, Karen (Daniel) Schmitz, and Kathryn (David) Browne; and grandchildren, Kaylee, Carson, Elyse, and William.
Dick was a loving husband, father, and Grampa.

Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Central Presbyterian Church, 7700 Davis Drive (at S. Hanley), Clayton, Missouri. A Military Graveside Committal service will be held privately with the family at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
