Robert L. Carter, 62, of St. Louis, Mo., passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 at his home.
Affectionately known as "Bob", "Bob-O", or "UB" to those who knew and loved him, Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Thaddeus and Sally, nee Wolski, Carter of Alton, Ill. He was also preceded in death by his very dear friend and partner in crime, Jackie Kidder.
