Robert "Bob" F. Sullivan, 88, of Belleville, Ill., born Aug. 11, 1927, in St. Louis, Mo., died Monday, March 21, 2016, in Belleville, Ill., surrounded by his wife and sister-in-law.
He was a loving husband, father, and uncle. Bob loved playing pool, watching the
St. Louis Cardinals, enjoyed woodworking, and was always working in his garage.
Bob enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1945, and served his country during WWII.
Robert was preceded in death by a son, Robert F. "Fred" Sullivan, Jr.; his parents, James H. and Mae L., nee Holtz, Sullivan, Sr.; two brothers, James H. Sullivan, Jr., and John E. Sullivan; and a sister, Mary L. Watt.
Surviving are his loving wife of 65 years, Aline, nee Teal, Sullivan; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at the funeral home, with Pastor Wilson Wickiser officiating.
Interment will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
