Shirley M. Triplett, nee Brown, 80, of O'Fallon, Ill., born June 18, 1935 in Greenville, Ill., passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in Swansea, Ill.
Shirley was a member of Central Christian Church in O'Fallon, former member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed doing arts, crafts and sewing. She was a terrific cook sharing her food with many, passing her time working on her family genealogy and spending quality family time putting together large jigsaw puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, first husband, William R. Pittman and second husband, Arthur Triplett; parents, Marshall and Lillian M., nee Bimes, Brown; and a son, Mikelin Pittman.
Surviving are her four children, daughter, Rhonda Pittman of Belleville, Ill., son, Russell Pittman of O'Fallon, Ill., son, Daniel (Tammy) Pittman of Sedalia, Mo., and daughter, Teresa Pittman of Affton, Mo.; six grandchildren, Steven Williams, Krystal Reamer, Robert Williams, Pamela Pittman, Bruce Pittman and Elyse Pittman; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Schildknecht Funeral Home, 301 S. Lincoln Ave. O'Fallon, Ill.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Darren McCormick officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Auburn Cemetery, Greenville, Ill.
