Suzanne Bishop, nee Kahrhoff, 59 of Troy, Ill., born Oct. 13, 1956, in Breese, Ill., passed away at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, at her residence, surrounded by family.

Suzanne was a graduate of Okawville High School and McKendree University. She was a registered nurse and worked for Heartland Hospice. She was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church in Shiloh, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine, nee Santel, Kahroff; a sister, Mary in infancy; and a brother-in-law, Randy Toennies.

Suzanne is survived by her husband, Bill Bishop, whom she married on April 24, 2009; her father, Paul Kahrhoff of Highland, Ill.; two sons, Jason and wife Stella of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Brandon and wife Jessica of Freeburg, Ill.; a daughter, Jennifer of Freeburg, Ill.; five grandchildren, Tanner, Cody, Jacob, Payton, and Sawyer; a brother, Jim Kahrhoff of Franklin, Ind.; four sisters, Nancy (Joe) Heimann of Highland, Ill., Deb (John) Koerkenmeier of Damiansville, Ill., Terry (Marvin) Linton of Carlyle, Ill., and Mary Kay (Curt) Piper of Salem, Ill.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice or Cornerstone Christian Church, and will be received at the funeral home.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday Dec. 27, 2015, at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, at Cornerstone Christian Church, 775 North Green Mount Road, Shiloh, Ill., with Pastor Rick Hodshire officiating. Burial will be in Buck Road Cemetery in Maryville, Ill.
