Ted Amigdalos, 79, of Goreville, Ill., born July 23, 1936, in Gary, Ind., died Feb. 24, 2016, at his residence.
Ted was owner of Amig Dalos Dental Laboratory in O'Fallon, Ill. He was a member of Ss. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Swansea, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Elizabeth, nee Fitzer, Amigdalos; his sister, Mary, nee Despina, Defino; and his brother, James Amigdalos a.k.a. "Demetrios" Amigdalos.
Surviving are his wife, Paula, nee Yaeger, Amigdalos of Goreville, Ill.; his children, Elizabeth "Beth" Cronan of Goreville, Ill.; his stepson, Trey (Amy) Adams of Pleasant Prairie, Wis.; stepdaughters, Kim (Chris) Kupper of McAllen, Texas, and Conni Adams of Carrollton, Texas; his grandchildren, Theo Kupper, Theo Cronan, Aaron Kupper, Eddie Cronan, Ryan Gibbons, Abigail Adams, Zachary Adams, and Isabelle Adams; his brother, August "Gus Dale" a.k.a. "Constantinos" Amigdalos of San Diego, Calif.; his brother-in-law, Vito Defino; and many cousins between America and Greece.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016, with Trisagion service at 6 p.m. at Schildknecht Funeral Home 301 S. Lincoln Ave., O'Fallon, Ill.
Funeral: A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday March 4, 2016, at Ss. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 405 Huntwood Dr., Swansea, Ill. Burial with full military honors will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016, at St. John of Damascus Orthodox Christian Mission Church, 1320 S. Giant City Rd., Carbondale, Ill.
