William F. "Bill" Willcutt, 55, of Belleville, Ill., born Saturday, Nov. 2, 1957, in Belleville, Ill., passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013, in Belleville, Ill.
William worked as a highway maintainer for Illinois Department of Transportation. He was a Navy veteran on the ship USS Halsey. He was past president and active board member of South Side Improvement Association.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elsie Willcutt.
Surviving are his wife, Karen Willcutt of Belleville, Ill.; son, Dan Willcutt of Belleville, Ill.; his mother, Wanda Willcutt of Belleville, Ill.; a brother, Marv (Dianne) Simmons of Belleville, Ill.; a sister, Teresa (Tom) Vratney of Belleville, Ill.; fahter-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Joyce Arnold of Belleville, Ill.; brother-in-law, Kevin (Lisa) Arnold of Belleville, Ill.; numerous nieces and nephews; and his loving dog, Ravyn.
