Annette Briesacher

Annette K. Briesacher, nee Wolfe, 100 of Belleville, Ill., born Oct. 30, 1913, in Belleville, Ill., passed away at 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Relais Bonne Eau Hospice Home in Edwardsville, Ill.

Annette was a school secretary and retired in 1979. She attended St. John's United Church of Christ in Smithton, Ill. She loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Anna, nee Muskopf, Wolfe; her first husband, Allan Ingle; her second husband, Herschel Briesacher; a niece, Patricia Trampe; and a stepson, Allan Ingle, Jr.

Surviving are her sister, Ruth Phillips of Smithton, Ill.; nephew, Rick (Pat) Rehg of Collinsville, Ill.; nephew, Robert Trampe of South Lake Texas; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great and great-great-great nieces and nephews; three step-grandchildren; and a stepdaughter-in-law, Dorothy Ingle of Kan.

Visitation: Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2014, at St. John's United Church of Christ, 315 South Smith Street, Smithton, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2014, at the church with Rev. Greg Bouck officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
