Doris L. Lougeay, nee Fix, 86, of Belleville, Ill., born Dec. 11, 1927, in Belleville, Ill., died
Monday, August 25, 2014, at her residence.
Mrs. Lougeay was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, Belleville, Ill., where she was also a member of the Helmsman Group. She was a member and past president of the Belleville Area Holzschnitzers; had served as den mother of Cub Scout Pack 1; and was a member of the DeMolay Mothers' Club.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Lillian, nee Mullett, Fix.
Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Donald W. Lougeay, whom she married Jan. 31, 1946; her son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Maureen Lougeay of Fairview Heights, Ill.; two grandchildren, Curt (Michelle) Lougeay of Belleville, Ill., and Sarah (Chris) Prott of Fairview Heights, Ill.; three great-grandchildren, Aidan and Maura Lougea and Meagan Prott; two brothers, Ron (Marsha) Fix of Lake St. Louis, Mo., and Don (Theresa) Fix of Belleville, Ill.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2014, at the funeral home, with Rev. Rob Dyer officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, Ill.
