Harlan was a great person. Always seemed to be smiling. He was my first insurance agent when I started on my own as a new teacher in Maple Falls.

Harlan provided insurance for my family for years. My mother and step Father, Eve and Ray Rutzatz of Maple Falls. Harlan was a man of his word, you always count on him.
He will be missed by all.
